Cool Lids & Apparel is built in Southern Oregon. We work with trusted production partners and focus on quality materials, clean embroidery, and gear that fits right and holds up.
How do your hats fit?
Our hats are chosen for comfort and real-world wear. Most styles are mid-profile with adjustable closures or Flexfit sizing. Each product page includes fit details so you know what you are getting.

Do you offer custom hats or apparel?
Yes. We offer custom embroidery and apparel for businesses, teams, and events.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take longer depending on the project.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship using USPS and UPS depending on the order size and destination.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and in original condition. Custom items are final sale unless there is a production issue.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order ships, changes are no longer possible.
